Creating Townhome 3D Renders for Chappell — a Real Estate Firm from Raleigh, North Carolina
Chappell is a leading real estate firm specializing in residential services for buyers, sellers, and builders across the Greater Raleigh and Durham area in North Carolina. The firm first reached out to our 3D visualization studio in 2022. Since then, we have been collaborating with Chappell, providing them with high-quality exterior and interior CGI. So far, we have completed 15 projects and look forward to many more.

#1. Project Scope and References
The task involved creating townhome 3D renders for the Pleasant Grove Townes project in Raleigh. It included 24 turnkey townhouses in four separate buildings, located in a cozy green neighborhood.
We received the following references for creating the 3D renders:
- townhome exterior and interior drawings;
- exterior finish schemes for each building;
- an interior design guide detailing preferred items and finishes for each space;
- location details and drone photos of the property, which was under construction at the time.
Below are some of these references.
In total, the client requested 6 renders. These included:
Exterior CGI:
- an aerial rendering showing all 24 units;
- an eye-level view down the main street;
- a close-up front view of one townhome.
Interior CGI:
- a living room rendering;
- a kitchen 3D visualization;
- a dining area rendering.

The real estate firm showcased the townhome renders across their social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook, as well as on their website. Here are some examples of how they were used.
The 3D renders we created helped our client successfully market and pre-sell townhome units. Now that construction is complete, almost all the homes have been sold.
