Show Your Project From Every Angle

Aerial view

The whole development in one interactive map. Buyers see how phases sit on the land, where the amenities are, and which building is closest to the park. This is the part a paper site plan never manages to explain.

Unit finder

Filter by price, size, floor, number of bedrooms, or availability, then pick the unit right on the map. Sold units are marked as sold, so nobody calls about an apartment that went last month. A buyer who is ready can book a viewing in one click, and the lead lands in your CRM.

Interior tours

Walk through the actual layout in 360 degrees instead of guessing from a flat drawing. Every unit shows its real view: the buyer on the 14th floor sees what the 14th floor actually looks out on.

Amenities

The clubhouse, the pool, the lobby, the co-working floor. The parts that sell a lifestyle rather than a square footage number, shown the way they will actually look.

See It in Action

Two live projects, not video mockups. Click and explore them the way your buyers would.

Master-planned community

An aerial map of a phased community with a clubhouse, a street tour, and 360 views inside model homes. Buyers move between phases and see what is released and what is still to come.

Multifamily

A residence tower with a unit finder: filters by floor and layout, live availability, and interiors for each unit type.

Why Developers Move Sales Online

Start selling before construction ends

The project sells from the day the 3D content is ready, not from the day the show unit opens. Earlier sales mean earlier returns on the money already invested in the build.

Price by demand, not by guesswork

Analytics track every step buyers take through the tour. When you see which units get the most attention, you raise prices where demand is real and adjust where it is not.

Sell online 24/7

The first stage of the sale happens on the website without your team. Buyers explore the project, compare units, and come to you already interested and already informed.

Get ahead of competitors

While other projects in your market are still selling with drawings and PDF price lists, your buyer walks through the exact apartment they are about to choose.

How the Platform Fits Your Project

For Master-Planned Communities and Home Builders

The platform holds the whole neighbourhood on one interactive site plan: phases, lots, model homes, and shared amenities. Useful when the value of the offer is in the location and the plan, not only in the house itself.

Buyers start from the aerial view, open the phase that is on sale, walk the street, and step into a model home. Future phases stay visible, so the project sells the vision, not just the released lots.

For Multifamily and Condo Developers

The platform turns your unit mix into interactive floor plans with a unit finder. Every apartment carries its own price, status, and layout, and the buyer filters down to the ones that fit instead of scrolling a PDF price list.

Each unit opens with its floor plan, its real view from the window, and a 360 interior. When the choice is made, booking a viewing takes one click and the lead goes to your CRM.

Interactive Real Estate Platform FAQ

What is an interactive real estate platform?
It is a browser-based sales tool that holds your whole project in one place: an aerial view of the site, interactive floor plans of every unit with live prices and statuses, 360 interiors, and the amenity areas. Buyers explore it like a map, filter down to the units that fit, and book a viewing. Your sales team manages everything from an admin panel.
What is included in the $5,700 package?
Four things. Content: an aerial view of the whole site, up to 15 interiors, and up to 3 amenity areas. Website: a branded site for the project, built and launched by our team on your subdomain. Platform: you change unit statuses, prices, and specs yourself, with built-in analytics showing which units buyers look at most. Hosting: included for the first 3 years.
How is this different from a 3D tour or a set of renderings?
Renderings and tours show one space at a time and are usually sent as files. This is a sales tool: the whole project in one place, with live availability, prices, filters, and analytics. A rendering shows a buyer what a kitchen looks like. This shows them which units with that kitchen are still for sale.
Why not just publish a PDF site plan and a price list?
A PDF goes out of date the day a unit sells, and it cannot answer the question that actually stalls a decision: what exactly is around this building, and what is left. That is the gap this tool closes.
What do we need to provide to start?
Site plans, floor plans, elevations, and the unit list with prices. Style references help. If you already have CAD or BIM models, the project moves faster and can cost less, but they are not required.
How long does production take?
About three weeks from the approved brief to a live site.
Can we update prices and availability ourselves?
Yes. Unit statuses, prices, and specs are edited from the platform and appear on the live site straight away. No developer or agency needed.
Where is the platform hosted, and what does the URL look like?
Wherever it fits your marketing. There are three common setups. It can be a section of your existing website, embedded with a single line of code, so the URL stays yours: yourproject.com/residences. It can be a standalone page on your domain: yourproject.com/tour. Or it can live on a separate subdomain that we set up and host: tour.yourproject.com. If the project has no website yet, we build one as part of the package. Hosting for the first 3 years is included in every setup.
Is this a home builder sales software subscription?
No. The platform works like new home sales software, with unit statuses, prices, and analytics, but you buy it once as part of the package instead of paying a monthly fee. Hosting for the first three years is already included.
What happens after the three years of hosting?
In most cases nothing, because projects of this size usually sell out inside that window. If you still need the site running, we quote an extension individually.
What if the project changes during construction?
Layouts, finishes, and phasing can be updated. Small edits to unit data you handle yourself; changes to the 3D content are quoted as an update.
Does it work on phones and in the sales office?
Yes. The same link works on a phone, a laptop, and a touchscreen in the sales office, so the marketing site and the office presentation stay identical.
