Architectural 3D Rendering For Toronto and the GTA

3D visualization of a modern Mississauga home exterior with wood slat facade, balcony and landscaped rock garden

Built for the GTA's Multifamily Pipeline

We provide 3D rendering for Toronto architects and GTA developers working on multifamily and pre-construction projects.

Supporting Investor, Sales, and Design Teams

Our Toronto rendering services are used for investor presentations, broker MLS listings, pre-sales marketing, and interior design projects before construction begins.

Projects Across the GTA’s Multifamily Market

We create renderings for a wide range of developments across the GTA, including multifamily developments, high-rise condos, mixed-use residential towers, mid-rise buildings, and transit-oriented podium projects.

Focused on Toronto’s Key Development Corridors

We constantly create promo imagery for real estate in King West, Liberty Village, Downtown Toronto corridors, and transit-oriented developments across the GTA.

Built Around Toronto’s 2026 Development Landscape

Rendering Toronto architecture today means working within a rapidly changing skyline shaped by The Eglinton Crosstown opening, the post-CMHC Apartment Construction Loan boom, transit-oriented podium development across the GTA. Because each new tower enters a shifting skyline, our work focuses on placing buildings within real urban context.

3D Rendering Services for Toronto Developers
and Architects

The visuals meet the standards of presentations, planning submissions, and investor decks. We deliver architectural rendering in Toronto for residential, commercial, and mixed-use buildings across the city and Ontario region. Projects range from single-unit visualisations to full masterplan packages. Our 3D rendering services for Toronto projects cover the full range, from static visuals to interactive, animated, and immersive experiences.

Exterior 3D Rendering

Exterior renders support design development and marketing by converting architectural intent into decision ready visuals using full CGI and photo montage techniques. Our architectural rendering services for Toronto support pre construction condo marketing, broker MLS listings, multifamily sales centres, investor presentations, and public consultation packages.

Interior 3D Rendering

Interior rendering helps developers and brokers generate buyer interest long before construction even starts. They are widely used in broker MLS listings, condo sales room imagery, multifamily marketing, and amenity floor presentations. Interior renderings help close the gap between floor plans and lived experience, letting Toronto buyers commit to the property at the concept stage. These visuals also support design decision sign offs throughout the development process.

3D Animation & Walkthroughs

3D animation services support GTA developers with maximum impact. They open investor decks, anchor public consultations, front GTA marketing campaigns at launch, and play on loop in brokers’ sales centres because they help audiences understand how a project will look and feel before construction begins. 3D animations place developments against the real Toronto skyline, showing how they fit into their future surroundings. This level of impact has helped our clients and production partners earn recognition at Cannes Lions, the Webbys, and the Tellys.

3D Virtual Tours

3D virtual tours for Toronto real estate work as 24/7 online showrooms. Buyers can compare units side by side and move between devices without losing their place. With the Unit Selector, they can also weigh layouts, views, and what’s still available in the same development, which speeds up the decision. The same tours plug into broker MLS listings, pre-construction condo campaigns, multifamily launches, and developer websites, so a project keeps its pull wherever buyers find it.

3D Floor Plan Rendering

Section-view layouts work across a mix of GTA developments — condo units, townhouses, multifamily floor plates, mixed-use projects. Unlike technical drawings, they let buyers understand the space at a glance. Brokers place these renders directly into MLS listings; developers reuse them in pre-sales campaigns and offering plans.

Immersive 3D Tours in Unreal Engine

Unreal Engine walkthroughs turn Toronto project presentations into a full experience: cinematic visuals, a unit selector with interior style options and booking, and a live availability view that updates in real time. Every 3D walkthrough comes in three formats: a web stream, an offline file, and an optional VR experience. These cover investor meetings, touchscreen sales centres, and premium pre-construction campaigns.

The examples below highlight a selection of recent commissions. You can find more projects of this type in our article on 3D rendering for real estate in Canada.

3D rendering of a Toronto apartment complex lounge with a long wooden meeting table, sofa and modern wall art

Multi-family Residential Development in Toronto

Object: Multi-unit Apartment Building

Client: Minto Group

Scope: 13 apartment interior and 6 amenity space renders

Minto needed 3D renderings for a Toronto multi-family development with three suite layouts — a two-bedroom market-rate, a one-bedroom market-rate, and a one-bedroom affordable. For each one, we rendered the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathroom. The shared amenity floors were part of the brief too: lobby, dining room, laundry lounge, multipurpose room, fitness studio, plus a few balcony views. We had 8 days to turn everything around in 4K at 300 dpi, and the final rendering set went into Minto’s website, print collateral, and internal reporting.

Luxury Condo Apartments

Object: Robertson Condominium on the Golden Square Mile, Montreal

Client: Presti Homes and Developments

Scope: 5 virtual 3D tours plus 3D renders

We built 360° walkthroughs for five residences in the Robertson building. Each apartment was modeled from floor plans and elevations, furnished with finishes and assets from our 3D library, then rendered as 8K panoramas and assembled in Pano2VR. Presti, a six time DOMUS Award winner, published the tours on the condo listings, where they now help drive presales for properties near Mount Royal and McGill University.

Custom-Design Penthouse

Object: Luxury Penthouse in Ottawa

Client: Surface Developments

Scope: 1 photoreal 3D walkthrough video

Surface Developments needed a video ad showing how a single condo can be tailored to completely different buyers. So we animated one penthouse in three styles: NY Loft, Sophisticated Modern, and Transitional. The lighting shifts from day to night as the camera moves, and each style change happens out of sight — once behind the staircase, once as the camera passes the kitchen wall.

What's in an Architectural Rendering Project

When developers type ‘rendering companies for Toronto real estate’ into a search bar, they want to find a fixed offer: scope, timelines, and guarantees. ArchiCGI holds those terms steady on every project, regardless of size or location across the GTA and Ontario.

  • Production-ready images. The renders are delivered in 4K by default, with 5K and higher resolutions available on request.
  • Included revisions within scope. Minor adjustments are covered at no extra cost as long as they stay under 60% of the workload.
  • Unrestricted commercial usage. Clients use the final renders in pre-sales campaigns, broker MLS listings, sales centre displays, social media, and printed materials.
  • Optional NDA before production. A non-disclosure agreement can be signed before any model or rendering is shared outside our internal workflow.
  • Deadline guarantee available upon request. If we miss the agreed deadline, you receive the completed renders at no cost.
  • Dedicated Project Manager in Archivizer CRM. Clients get direct access to a personal project manager with full overlap across Eastern Time business hours.
  • Rapid kickoff. A project starts the next day after we get the brief.

Frequently asked questions

A 3D rendering project cost depends on what’s being visualized. A single exterior shot of a residential building in Toronto starts from $600, with commercial exteriors from $900 and large-scale urban or aerial views from $1,200. A multi-unit condo package combining interior views (starting at $300 per residential interior, $400 per commercial interior) with exterior shots falls into a higher bracket, and architectural animation starts at $3,600 and scales with length and post-production scope. We provide quotes in USD or CAD, and GTA developers with large multifamily portfolios can qualify for volume discounts. See our detailed price breakdown to explore the costs of different 3D rendering project types. To apply for a volume discount, contact our manager.

A single Toronto render typically lands within 5–7 business days. Multi-frame architectural 3D animations and walkthroughs run 2–4 weeks, and we accommodate rush timelines for pre-sales launches, broker MLS deadlines, and investor presentation dates. See our project timeline guide for stage-by-stage milestones.

CAD files, Revit or SketchUp models, or PDF drawings work as the foundation. We also need a materials list (or finished references) and a few mood images, though sketches and rough concept boards are fine — we can build out the rest collaboratively. The Minto Toronto multifamily project, for example, was kicked off from architectural drawings plus moodboards, with no finished interior design needed. See how to prepare a 3D rendering brief before sending files over.

Yes — corrections within 60% of the original project scope are free of charge. Larger pivots such as camera angle swaps, full material reworks, or season changes are quoted as add-ons. See what’s included in every project for the full scope of revisions covered by default.

Yes, commercial usage rights are unrestricted, which means you can publish the visuals on MLS listings, brokerage websites, sales centre displays, social media, and print campaigns without additional licensing fees. Deliverables come in formats matched to each marketing channel: 4K resolution JPGs for web and MLS uploads, and high-resolution files for large-format print, including banners, billboards, and trade show displays. Many Ontario condo pre-sales programs run our visuals on launch microsites and broker MLS listings simultaneously.

All reviews and feedback are managed through Archivizer CRM, where you can upload reference materials, comment directly on renders using the Whiteboard function, and approve deliverables remotely. Review cycles take place in version-controlled threads, so you never lose a draft or feedback note between iterations. The system works whether your design team is in-house, freelance, or distributed across the GTA.

Every Toronto client gets a dedicated Personal Project Manager available during EST business hours, with daily check-ins synchronized to a 9 AM EST handoff. Our schedule gives you a full business-day overlap with EST from 9 AM to 12 PM Eastern, which is significantly wider than what PST-based studios can offer. Outside live hours, Archivizer CRM remains accessible 24/7 for an async-first workflow.

Yes, we deliver an end-to-end pre-sales toolkit built around how Ontario multifamily developers actually launch their projects. Exterior renders feed broker sites and MLS listings, while interior renders fill out sales centre displays (the Minto Group multifamily work is a good proof point).

For unit-level marketing, our 3D floor plans for Toronto packages turn raw architectural layouts into clean visualizations for condo unit pages. The same 3D floor plans for Toronto assets also slot into broker handouts and MLS galleries without extra production work. Sales centre kiosks and broker microsites need richer formats.

For off-plan units that haven’t broken ground yet, we extend those layouts into a full virtual tour for real estate in Toronto. Unreal Engine immersive walkthroughs power buyer experience centres, and 3D animation packages handle investor decks.

Developers running multiple launches typically order real estate virtual tours for Toronto projects as a portfolio bundle — one tour per building, repurposed across the broker MLS feed, the sales centre kiosk, and the investor microsite for that property, so a single real estate virtual tour for a Toronto project pays for itself across three channels.
