ArchiCGI produces 3D architectural renderings for architects, developers, interior designers and real estate teams that buy visualization from an outside studio. Interiors start at $150 per view, exteriors at $300, floor plans at $99 and animation at $30 per second. You send drawings or a 3D model, a fixed quote arrives within an hour, work starts the next business day and a standard image is delivered 48 hours after prepayment and a complete brief.

How outsourcing works
- Send the brief. Upload drawings or a 3D model (Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, 3ds Max, FBX, OBJ or PDF), references and the number of views. An NDA is signed before you send materials if you ask for one.
- Receive a fixed quote within an hour, with the scope, the price and the delivery date in it.
- Approve and prepay. A dedicated team starts on the next business day.
- Review previews in your Archivizer workspace. Two review rounds are included and cover changes of up to 60% of the scene.
- Download final images in 4K (4000 px, 300 dpi). You receive full rights to the final images, and the source files and 3D scenes stay with ArchiCGI.
Who outsources to ArchiCGI
- Architects who need visuals for design reviews, planning submissions and competitions. 3D rendering for architects
- Real estate developers who need renders, tours and floor plans for pre-sales, from a single building to a whole community. 3D rendering for real estate developers
- Interior designers who test materials, furniture and lighting before anything is ordered. 3D rendering for interior designers
- Real estate agents who need listing images and tours for properties that are not built or not staged yet. Renderings for real estate agents
What an outsourced project looks like in numbers
Two typical sets show the budget. A single-family house with 2 exterior and 3 interior views starts at $1,350. A pre-sale set for a 40-unit apartment building (1 aerial, 2 street-level exteriors, 2 amenity interiors and 2 unit interiors) starts at $2,900, and adding a 60-second animation brings it to $4,700. From 10 homes a month an exterior is $215 per home, and volume discounts reach 40%.
Working with an offshore studio in another time zone
ArchiCGI keeps phone lines in New York (+1 607 383 2001) and London (+44 203 617 1683). Each client has a project manager, and the brief, references, comments and drafts live in the Archivizer workspace, so the team can pick up a request without a call. Recent projects include homes and developments in the USA, Mexico, Australia, Malta and Switzerland.
The studio has worked with permanent client teams since 2016. A team that already knows your preferences, brand guidelines and library of materials shortens each later project.
Why firms outsource instead of hiring
- You pay for the views you order, and the studio carries the salaries, licenses and hardware.
- Capacity on demand: 600+ artists and 144 modelers, so one view or fifty starts at once.
- A library of 100,000+ 3D models for furniture, decor, plants, people and cars.
- A published price and a delivery date for every project, with the payment returned if the agreed date is missed.
- Quality checked twice: by the project manager and then by the team mentor.
