Residential Design
Clients approve layouts and finishes long before construction starts.

Photoreal 3D interior rendering services for presentations, design sign-off, and marketing for residential, commercial, and hospitality spaces. From $150 per view, 1-day start, 48-hour delivery.
The easiest way to judge accuracy is on one real project. This kitchen comes from an interior design studio we have worked with since 2022. The designer sent sketches and finish callouts; we built one 3D model and produced both the dimensioned drawings and the renders from it, so the homeowner approved exactly the kitchen the shop would build.
Floor plans with site measurements, dimensioned sketches or a SketchUp model, plus finish callouts: paint color, door profile, wood species, countertop.
Geometry and camera angles come first, with any unclear dimensions flagged for you. Then materials and lighting, commented right on the images. Two revision rounds included.
Photoreal views of the same room from several angles, with identical cabinetry, finishes and light in every view.
We render interiors for interior designers, architects, developers, homeowners, realtors, hotel and restaurant owners, retail brands and manufacturers. A family home, an office floor, a hotel lobby, a shop or a production hall: the workflow is the same. Interiors are one part of the full range of 3D rendering services our team covers.

Clients approve layouts and finishes long before construction starts.

Investors and tenants see the space working before the lease is signed.

Guests feel the atmosphere of a room before the first booking opens.

Boards and committees grasp the project without reading technical plans.

Brands test layouts and merchandising before the first store is built.

Teams review scale, equipment, and logistics before construction starts.
Interior designers use our interior design rendering services to show clients the finished room before anything is ordered or built. You send the floor plan, the mood board and the product list. We build the scene with your exact furniture, finishes and lighting, and return photoreal views ready for the client presentation.
The same room rendered with alternative materials, colors or furniture layouts, so the client chooses from images instead of samples.
Custom joinery, specified fixtures and branded fabrics built from your drawings or product links.
Comments go straight onto the images in our online platform. Two revision rounds are included.
A fixed quote within an hour, work starts the next business day, and a single view is ready in about 48 hours.

3D rendering for interior design covers projects both before and under construction. You will find the three most popular options below.

Still renderings are photorealistic images of interiors. They show colors, textures, and lighting with accuracy, making every detail clear. Such visuals are the most common form of 3D interior design rendering, ideal for presentations, catalogs, and portfolios.
3D animation is a cinematic video of an interior design. It shows how spaces connect and how people can move through them. It also conveys the mood of the interior with light, color, and rhythm. This format of 3D interior rendering services works well for presentations and marketing content.
A 3D virtual tour is a digital walk inside an interior. Viewers move through rooms at their own pace. They can stop to see the details at any point. This type of interior design rendering services gives a strong sense of presence.
Contemporary, classic, coastal, minimalist, industrial: we work in the style your brief sets.
These are five examples, not a menu. We do not work from a fixed list of styles: send a reference, a mood board or a photo of a room you like, and we match it. Art deco, Japandi, farmhouse, Scandinavian, a mix of two, or a look your designer invented for this project.
Six steps from the first brief to final images. You see the project at every one of them, so nothing goes into a full render before you approve it.
You fill in a short brief: what the space is, what has to be shown, and by when. Send whatever you already have: a mood board, CAD or DWG drawings, plans, photos, sketches, a Pinterest board, an FF&E list. If there are no drawings yet, we start from what exists.
We come back with a fixed quote within about an hour. A standard interior project takes around 48 hours, and for every project we set an individual schedule: we agree on the number of views, the resolution and the milestones, so there are no surprises later.
Our team builds the room in 3D: geometry, furniture, finishes. We also set the real view from the windows, so the surroundings in the render match the actual site. You approve the camera angles on grey-model previews, when changing them costs nothing.
We add textures, decor and light scenarios: daylight, evening, accent lighting. You see draft renders and comment on colours, finishes and mood.
You leave comments on the images in our platform, we correct them. Two rounds of revisions are included in the price. Corrections inside the agreed scope are part of the project, not an extra invoice.
You get final images in 4K. Vertical crops for social media, 360 views or an animation from the same 3D scene can be ordered as separate items.
Want the longer version? Our guide on how interior designers use 3D rendering covers the uses, the formats and what to ask a studio before you order.
To get a 3D interior rendering project started, you need to send the CGI studio a set of materials - such as plans, sketches, texture samples, style references. Need the full list of files and details required? Just download the brief.
We build every scene from your plans, furniture specifications and material references, so the final images show the interior you designed, not a generic look-alike.
Camera angles, materials and lighting are agreed step by step on our online platform, where you comment directly on the images. Two revision rounds are included.
You will be assigned a CGI team with a project manager and art director. They will work on all your tasks, like an in-house team.
The same team keeps furniture, finishes and lighting identical across every view and every project, and scales up when you send a whole development or a series of rooms.

Read on TrustpilotI used ArchiCGI for a client project, they provided a clear quote, and fulfilled many rounds of amends at no extra charge. The results came out perfectly! My sister's business has used their CGIFurniture offering, and has had a great experience too.
Read on TrustpilotInterior designer out of San Jose. Max and his team have helped deliver 3D drawings for myself and clients and it has been such a game changer for my company. Clients are able to fully see our vision with high quality photos, it's been incredible. In the last few months we've done 3 projects together and I will continue using their services!
Read on TrustpilotIt was an absolute pleasure to work with the ArchiCGI team. For a complex project such as this (spanning time zones and languages), organization and communication are paramount. The ArchiCGI team's online system made it easy for me to review and provide feedback on drafts of different parts of the project in parallel by keeping drafts and feedback for each scene in dedicated channels under the overall project. The team's proactive and clear communication throughout the process ensured we were able to move rapidly from drafts to high-quality deliverables. And the artists' skills in creating visuals for highly-specific situations (e.g. specifically-shaped cherry trees, students working at easels in an art class) were key to conveying not just the "what" but the "why" in the proposal's narrative. With the process and the results both being first-rate, I am looking forward to working with the ArchiCGI team on my next project!

3D interior rendering, also called architectural interior rendering, is the process of creating photorealistic computer-generated images of interior spaces before construction or renovation begins. A 3D artist builds a precise 3D model of the room based on floor plans, drawings, or reference photos, then applies materials, lighting, and camera angles to produce an image that looks like a photograph of the finished space. Architects, interior designers, and real estate developers use it to present design concepts to clients, compare material options, secure stakeholder approvals, and create marketing assets, all without waiting for physical construction to begin. Unlike hand-drawn sketches or 2D drawings, a photorealistic 3D render shows exactly how the space will look: the way light falls across the floor, how the furniture sits in the room, and how colors interact under different lighting conditions. At ArchiCGI, we produce interior visualizations from 2D drawings, rough sketches, or existing space photos. Standard projects are delivered in 48 hours.
The cost of 3D interior rendering depends on the complexity of the space, the number of camera angles, the level of finish detail, and whether custom furniture or branded materials need to be modeled from scratch. As a general benchmark, a single photorealistic interior render for a standard residential room starts from $150 per view, while complex commercial or hospitality spaces with custom furniture, detailed lighting rigs, and branded finishes typically range higher. Factors that increase the price include: large open-plan spaces with many design elements, tight deadlines requiring rush delivery, custom 3D modeling of bespoke furniture pieces, and multiple revision rounds beyond the standard included revisions. Factors that reduce the price include: providing ready 3D models or a detailed brief upfront, ordering multiple images from the same scene, and flexible delivery timelines. At ArchiCGI, an interior rendering price starts from $150; all quotes include two revision rounds. To get a precise estimate for your project, share your floor plan or brief and we'll respond within 1 business hour. You can also download our pricing guide to see typical ranges by project type.
The timeline for 3D interior rendering depends on the complexity of the space and the scope of work. As a general guide: a single render takes about 48 hours, while open-plan areas, complex commercial spaces and multi-room sets get an individual schedule agreed at the brief. The main stages are: briefing and scene planning, 3D modeling and material setup, lighting and camera setup, rendering and compositing, and revision rounds as needed. Timelines can extend if: the client requests significant design changes mid-project, custom furniture needs to be modeled from scratch, or feedback rounds take longer than expected. Providing a detailed brief and reference materials upfront is the single most effective way to speed up delivery. At ArchiCGI, standard turnaround is 48 hours per render with a next-day project start. Rush delivery is available for time-sensitive projects. You can learn the exact timeframe of your 3D rendering for an interior design project by booking a demo call with us or by writing in the chat. The manager will ask you for some details and provide you with the answer.
To order 3D interior rendering, you typically need to provide: floor plans with dimensions (PDF, DWG, or SketchUp files), a list of materials and finishes (flooring, wall colors, fabric swatches), furniture references or a list of specific furniture pieces, and reference images showing the style and mood you want to achieve. You don't need a perfectly detailed brief to start. Many clients begin with a rough floor plan and a few Pinterest references. A good visualization studio will guide you through the briefing process and ask the right questions to fill in any gaps. Files to share upfront: floor plan drawings (any format), elevation drawings if available, material specifications or samples, furniture references (links, photos, or model files), and any branding or style guidelines for commercial projects. At ArchiCGI, we accept any starting point, from a rough sketch to a full Revit model. Our team fills in missing details based on experience and always aligns on the brief before starting work. You can download our project brief template to structure your request.
Interior 3D rendering services include a few clear steps. The process begins with 3D modeling, where the artist creates the environments and any custom objects. The result is a scene with all the walls, furniture, and fixtures. Next, the artist adds materials, applies textures, sets the lights, and positions the cameras. Then the CGI specialist starts the rendering process. This step is often followed by contrast and color correction. As a result, the 3D artist creates a photorealistic image.
There are plenty of interior rendering tools on the market. Some of the most popular ones are 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona Renderer, Maya, Blender, Maxwell, and Lumion. Which combination makes sense for a given project depends on how photorealistic the final image needs to be, how much detail is involved, how fast the turnaround is, and what format the client expects at the end. In practice, most professional studios land on a fairly similar setup. The backbone is usually 3ds Max, paired with Corona Renderer or V-Ray for photorealistic lighting. There's a reason these two engines have the reputation they do in architectural visualization: they're genuinely good at interior light. Daylight through a window, a warm lamp in the corner, reflections bouncing off a glossy countertop: it all comes out believable without a lot of fighting with settings. Once the render is done, Photoshop takes over for color grading and final touch-ups. A few studios also keep SketchUp or Rhino around for early-stage modeling, mostly so they can open whatever the client sends without converting everything first. Real-time tools are a different story. Lumion, Enscape, and Unreal Engine have carved out their own space, especially when a client wants a virtual walkthrough instead of a static image. Our setup at ArchiCGI sticks to the proven combo: 3ds Max with Corona Renderer and V-Ray for static images and Unreal Engine for immersive tours . We take source files from AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and pretty much any architectural format you're likely to be working in.
3D rendering and 3D visualization are closely related but describe different parts of the process. Rendering is the final technical step, where the software calculates light, shadows, reflections, and textures and outputs the finished image or animation file. Visualization is the broader discipline that encompasses everything: planning the camera angles and composition, building the 3D model, applying materials, setting up lighting, directing the scene, and then rendering the final output. In practice, when clients say they need '3D rendering services,' they typically mean the full visualization workflow, from receiving their drawings to delivering polished, print-ready or web-ready images. Both terms are used interchangeably in the industry. At ArchiCGI, our interior visualization service covers the complete process: we take your drawings or brief, build the scene, handle all technical aspects, and deliver production-ready images, with two revision rounds included.
Yes. We work with design firms and studios on everything from client presentations to white-label renders you can deliver under your own brand. See how we work with interior designers .
Yes, commercial spaces are a large part of what we do. We render hotels and other hospitality interiors, restaurants and bars, offices and coworking spaces, retail spaces and showrooms, plus public buildings, gyms, museums and production facilities. The workflow and the deadlines are the same as for residential projects.
You do. All rights to the finished images belong to the client. Source files and 3D scenes stay with the studio by default; if you need them, we can discuss it for your project. We do not put watermarks on the renders. If you want your own logo placed on them, say so at the brief and we will add it.
We fix the delivery date at the estimate stage, before the work starts. An on-time guarantee is available on request: if you apply for it and we miss the agreed deadline, the renders are delivered free of charge.
An AI generator produces a plausible picture of some interior. A 3D render is a picture of your interior. It keeps the real dimensions from your drawings, the exact furniture and finishes from your FF&E list, and the actual view from the windows. AI cannot hold that accuracy, and it cannot give you several consistent views of the same room. We do use AI tools early on, to explore mood and concepts faster, but the final renders are built in 3D from your project.
