Object: Multi-unit Apartment Building

Client: Minto Group

Scope: 13 apartment interior and 6 amenity space renders

Minto needed 3D renderings for a Toronto multi-family development with three suite layouts — a two-bedroom market-rate, a one-bedroom market-rate, and a one-bedroom affordable. For each one, we rendered the kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathroom. The shared amenity floors were part of the brief too: lobby, dining room, laundry lounge, multipurpose room, fitness studio, plus a few balcony views. Style direction leaned Scandinavian — light woods, soft palette, plenty of daylight. We had 8 days to turn everything around in 4K at 300 dpi, and the final rendering set went into Minto’s website, print collateral, and internal reporting.

Luxury Condo Apartments

Object: Robertson Condominium on the Golden Square Mile, Montreal

Client: Presti Homes and Developments

Scope: 5 virtual 3D tours plus 3D renders

We built five 360° walkthroughs for the Robertson building’s residences — Curry, Fafard, César, Léger, and Frink — ranging from a 734 sq. ft. one-bedroom to an 1,824 sq. ft. top-floor suite with a sloped-roof ceiling. Each apartment was modeled from floor plans and elevations, dressed with finishes and furniture from our 3D library, then rendered as 8K panoramas and assembled in Pano2VR. Presti, a six-time DOMUS Award winner, published the tours on the condo’s listings, where they now drive presales for properties next to Mount Royal and McGill University.

Custom-Design Penthouse

Object: Luxury Penthouse in Ottawa

Client: Surface Developments

Scope: 1 photoreal 3D walkthrough video

Surface Developments needed a video ad showing how a single condo can be tailored to completely different buyers. So we animated one penthouse in three styles: NY Loft, Sophisticated Modern, and Transitional. The lighting shifts from day to night as the camera moves, and each style change happens out of sight — once behind the staircase, once as the camera passes the kitchen wall. Three senior 3D artists built it in 3DS Max and V-Ray. Their starting point was a hand-drawn plan, a SketchUp model, and a camera scenario with sketches.
